Twins on Fire

Deb Birch and Donna Redmond are identical twins living in the Midwest with their non-twin husbands, Larry and Randy, and an amazing 4 year old. The twins have almost 30 years of experience in "everything business". 

Deb specializes in customer insights and analysis and most recently worked for a multi-billion dollar CRM company; leading its post-sale insights team. She left that role in July 2023 to spend more time helping small businesses (1-3 person) grow their understanding of collecting, analyzing and reporting on insights that can impact the success of their business.  

Donna is an Email Guru and has worked for many of the world’s top brands. Though she is a recognized expert and 4x certified with Salesforce Marketing Cloud, she is also quickly ramping up and loving the simplicity and power of Hubspot’s marketing automation tools; particularly for new users. Like Deb, she is centered on bringing the skills and power of marketing automation to small businesses.
